Welcome to Bakehouse Occasions – your new dedicated service for bringing the magic of Bakehouse to your special events and corporate needs. We believe that great food is at the heart of every memorable occasion. All Occasions products are thoughtfully crafted in bite-sized portions—perfect for sharing and enjoying at special occasions of any size.

When should I place my order?

To keep things smooth and stress-free, we recommend placing your online order at least one day in advance. Our daily cut-off time is 12:00 nn. For large order requests, the earlier the better — this helps us ensure everything is perfect for your special occasion.

What are the delivery options?

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders over HKD$2,500.
For orders below this amount, a delivery fee will apply based on your location and order size:

What time can you deliver?

Deliveries are from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM and must be scheduled at least a day in advance (before 12:00 nn). Please select your preferred 30-minute delivery window during checkout.

Can I find the same menu in Bakehouse stores?

Our Bakehouse Occasions menu features an exclusive selection of bite-sized pastries and treats, designed for events, meetings, and special celebrations. They are not available in our retail shops, ensuring your event menu is truly distinctive and tailored for group enjoyment.

Can I pick up my order from the stores?

The Bakehouse Occasion range is exclusively for delivery. If you would prefer to collect from a Bakehouse store you can place your preorder in person at your Bakehouse of choice and prepay directly with the team (but please note the mini sized pastries will not be available, just the regular Bakehouse selections). The earliest collection time is 8:30 AM and the latest in 8:30 PM. Preorder slots are limited at each location, so we recommend placing your order early (at least 24 hours in advance).

Can I customise my order?

To maintain the best packaging stability and food quality, we currently offer a selection of pre-set box options. Looking for something different? Check out our Build Your Own option to create your dream spread.
