Eligibility & How to Redeem

1. Place an order of HK$1,000 or above on Bakehouse Occasions (https://occasions.bakehouse.hk/)
2. Upon receiving your order confirmation email, you can reply directly to that email with the message 'Store Credit'.
3. Once your reply is received, the HK$200 store credit will be processed and added to your registered account within 1 to 3 working days.
4. You will receive a separate 'Store Credit Confirmation Email' once the credit has been successfully issued to your account. The credit can then be applied at checkout on your next order.

Store Credit Validity & Usage

• Store credit is valid for use only on the Bakehouse Occasions online preorder platform (https://occasions.bakehouse.hk/) and cannot be used for in-store purchases.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, BakeCoins, or gift cards.
• Each qualifying order (of minimum $400) is eligible for one HK$200 store credit.
• Credit is valid for 6 months from the issuing date. Any unused credit will automatically expire after the 6-month period. Expired credits will not be reissued, retrieved, or extended under any circumstances.
• Bakehouse reserves the right of final decision in any cases of disputes.
